Marketing Communications Authorization

1. What Loomdy commits to

• Contact me only through the channels I authorized.
• Do so only Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., in my local time; never on Sundays or public holidays (Colombian Law 2300 of 2023, arts. 3 and 5).
• Send me no more than one commercial message on the same day, and never contact me through several different channels in the same week.
• Include in every message a simple way to unsubscribe, effective immediately and free of charge.

2. It is voluntary

This authorization is voluntary: I can revoke it or change channels at any time, under Profile → Notifications or from any message. Saying no does not affect my use of Loomdy or my purchases, and accepting it is never a condition to buy.

3. Messages that are not marketing

Service notices do not depend on this authorization: for example, that someone uploaded photos to my album, that I was invited, that my order changed status, a verification code or a security alert. Those notices never include promotional content.

4. My data

My data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://www.loomdy.com/privacy-policy). The date, the channel through which I accepted and the authorized channels are recorded as proof.
