1. What happens to what you share

• It reaches the Host's album in the file's original quality, with its metadata (for example, the date and, if your phone records it, where it was taken).
• Depending on the Host's settings, it may wait for their approval, appear in the album, or only be delivered to them.
• The Host and their album's members can view, download and share it, use it in stories or printed products, and delete it.
• What you upload uses the Host's plan storage.

2. Faces

If the Host authorized face recognition, Loomdy computes face data from the photos to group them within that album. That data never leaves the album, is not used to identify anyone outside Loomdy, and is not sold. If you do not want your face analyzed, email legal@loomdy.com and we delete it from that album.

3. Your data

We process the name you type, if any; the content you upload; and technical connection data for security and abuse prevention (for example, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address).

The data controller is LOOMDY S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 902.068.431-6, domiciled at Conjunto 3 Colinas Estancias Campestres, Casa 3, Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, email legal@loomdy.com, phone +57 310 405 4294. You can access, correct and request deletion of your data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and the Data Processing Policy. If you live outside Colombia, you also have the rights your country's law gives you.

4. What you may not upload

• illegal content;
• content that infringes other people's rights;
• content that sexualizes minors;
• violent content;
• content you have no right to share.

By uploading, you confirm you have the permission of the people who appear and, if they are minors, of their parents or guardians. We may delete anything that breaks these rules and deactivate the QR code.

5. If you are a minor

If you are under 18, upload content only with a responsible adult who accepts these terms on your behalf.

6. Deleting what you uploaded

Email legal@loomdy.com with the album, the date and, if you can, one of the photos. We delete it within 15 business days. You can also ask the Host directly.

7. The album belongs to the Host

The Host decides about their album. Loomdy is not responsible for what the Host does with the content you share with them, inside or outside Loomdy. This does not limit Loomdy's legal responsibility for its own processing of your data.
