How to delete your account and personal data
At Loomdy, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow the steps below.
Account Deletion Process
- Log in to your account at https://www.app.loomdy.com/dashboard/account
- Navigate to the Dashboard and click on 'Account' in the menu.
- Scroll down to the 'Danger Zone' section.
- Click on the 'Delete Account' button.
- Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Important Note
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your albums, photos, configurations, and personal data will be immediately and permanently removed from our servers. If you are part of collaborative albums created by others, your contributions might be anonymized or removed depending on the album settings.

If you have any issues or cannot access your account, please contact us at support@loomdy.com from your registered email address with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 30 days.
